How do I book and take my experience?

Your gift voucher is your key. You need to contact ROMANTIC EXPERIENCES either by email or phone and provide your voucher number.
After activating your voucher ROMANTIC EXPERIENCES will provide you with: 

     • Information about your chosen experience – what it is, where it is, what is included, what to bring and weather considerations if relevant.
     • Book a date and time – request three dates in order of preference for your experience.
     • Print the details – you can print out the experience details for safe keeping.
 
 

Can I include a personal message on the recipients Gift Voucher?

Yes you can! When purchasing the gift voucher, there will be a section for you to insert your personal message to your special loved one.
 
 

How do I make an order/purchase?

After browsing the site and choosing the experience or cash denomination of the voucher you simple click on the 'Add to Cart’ button or the value button and it will take you to your shopping cart. Once you have everything you wish to buy in your cart you click on the ‘Checkout’ button and proceed through the guided steps of our purchase process. If you need any more help please Contact Us.

 

What if the recipient would prefer another experience to the one I have selected?

If the recipient of your voucher would prefer another experience, simply Contact Usand request the experience be exchanged/transferred to the one preferred. For full details of our exchange policy, please visit our Terms and Conditions.

 

How do I find out more information about my experience?

After you activate your voucher, you will have access to all the information regarding your experience – what it is, where it is, what is included, what to bring etc. If you have any further questions or need more information Contact Us and we will either answer your questions for you or put you in contact with the supplier of the experience.

 

What if I want to contact the merchant directly?

If you want to contact the merchant of your experience directly, Contact Us and we will email you the contact details for them.

 

How long does it take to receive my voucher?

After purchasing your voucher, we will send it to you via either Express Post or Courier depending on your selection during the purchasing process. Is there any difference in the process of redeeming an Experience Gift Voucher to a Cash Denomination Gift Voucher?

When redeeming an Experience Voucher, your package has already been selected for you, so all the information you require will be sent to you automatically. When redeeming a Cash Denomination Voucher, you browse the site, select the experience you wish to enjoy and then Contact Us via phone or email to redeem your voucher, and purchase the experience.
 
 

For Experience Vouchers, do I have to make a booking for the experience when I purchase it?

No, you don’t need to make a booking when you purchase the voucher. You have 6 months after purchase to make your booking for an experience voucher and 12 months to redeem a Cash Denomination Voucher until the voucher expires.
 
 

What if I want to extend the validity of my voucher?

If your voucher is still valid, or if your voucher has expired and you contact us within 30 days, we do offer extension options. If your voucher has expired and you don’t contact us within 30 days, there is no recourse. Our Terms and Conditions provide full details of our policy on voucher extensions.


 
What payment options do you accept?

I have bought a gift voucher. Is it possible to cancel or refund it?

No ROMANTIC EXPERIENCES vouchers are entirely non-refundable. For the full details of our Gift Voucher policy please visit our Terms and Conditions.

 

What if I can’t make the date I’ve committed to?

While many suppliers require at least 48 hours notice, please be aware that each supplier has a different cancellation policy and you may incur a fee or forfeit the experience altogether, so be sure to check.
